SMS Terms of Service
These SMS Terms govern text message communications between you and Apex Growth Partners LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating community and territory brands including Apex Tri-Cities.
1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Apex Growth Partners LLC and the Apex brand through which you submitted your request:

- Service: Inquiry responses and sales rep follow-ups
