Prices and package totals shown on this website are estimates until we confirm them with you in writing. Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to the advertising platform.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result.

Our work may run on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. Those platforms set their own rules, and we are not responsible for changes to them.

Billing and cancellation terms are confirmed in your written proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement.

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to break or probe it, or submit false information.

The content and design of this website belong to Apex Growth Partners LLC or its licensors. Work product ownership for client projects is described in the written agreement for that project.
